The use of solvents in the parts washer is strictly prohibited (causes permanent seal damage) and will void the warranty. Use of any cleaning fluid other than VAR NL-74000 will also void the warranty.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When should the cleaning solution be replaced?
The NL-74000 cleaning solution must be replaced as soon as the liquid changes colour and/or a greasy film persists on the cleaned part.
A thorough cleaning of the tank and pump strainer, along with a replacement of the MO-52312 filter bag, is recommended.

How often should the NL-74100 bacteria be renewed?
Depending on the intensity of use, we recommend adding one tablet every 4 to 6 weeks.

The "POWER" light is off. What should I do?
The washer has operated for too long with a solution level that is too low, causing the thermostat to trip for safety. Check the cleanliness of the NL-74000 solution and replace it if necessary. Top up the level (15 litres minimum; 20 to 30 litres for better longevity) then unplug the unit. Lift the sink and, above the control box, unscrew the black cap. Reset the thermostat by pressing the white rod. Screw the cap back on, reinstall the sink, and plug the unit back in.

WARRANTY

VAR cleaning washers MO-52300, MO-52310, and MO-52399 are covered for 1 year from the invoice date.

The VAR warranty will not apply in the event of modification, lack of maintenance, misuse, or the use of any cleaning solution other than VAR NL-74000.
