- CD-38200 tool holder is equipped with two English-thread taps (CD-38210-1.370 & CD-38211-1.370) to tap both sides of the bottom bracket shell (BSC 1.370" x 24 tpi, right and left hand) simultaneously and in perfect alignment
- Taps are made from heat-treated high-quality HSS steel
- It is mandatory to use CD-77000 cutting oil during the tapping process
- The CD-38210-1.370 tap features a clockwise (right-hand) rotation and is used on the left (non-drive) side of the frame
- The CD-38211-1.370 tap features a counter-clockwise (left-hand) rotation and is used on the right (drive) side of the frame
